These Terms of Service govern your use of https://ahlantools.com and purchases made from Ahlan Tools. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Online store

Ahlan Tools sells tools, household equipment, car accessories and related products within Kuwait.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, telephone number and delivery address.

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, photographs and colours accurately. The appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen.

Product photographs may include packaging or presentation materials that are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Specifications shown on products or packaging, including voltage, wattage, battery capacity and torque, may be manufacturer-provided ratings. Customers should review the product description and included contents before purchasing.

We may update product information or correct errors without prior notice.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinars (KD/KWD).

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you by telephone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery information.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

• Inability to contact the customer

• Inability to deliver to the provided address

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the amount paid will be refunded.

Products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.

5. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

For cash-on-delivery orders, payment must be made when the order is delivered. Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

Repeated refusal of confirmed cash-on-delivery orders may result in advance payment being required for future purchases.

6. Delivery

We deliver to available locations across Kuwait.

Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by incorrect customer information, unsuccessful contact attempts, traffic, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address and a working telephone number.

Please inspect the package and product after delivery and notify us promptly if anything is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, available on our website. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under the laws of Kuwait.

8. Product use and safety

Customers must read and follow all instructions, warnings and safety information provided with a product.

Tools and electrical products must be used only for their intended purpose and with suitable protective equipment. Customers are responsible for checking that the product is appropriate for the intended task.

Ahlan Tools is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, failure to follow safety instructions or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

This section does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Warranty

A manufacturer or supplier warranty applies only when it is clearly stated on the product page, invoice or warranty document.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, modification or normal wear and tear may not be covered by a warranty.
