Return and Refund Policy

At Ahlan Tools, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to orders delivered within Kuwait.

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• Returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and parts

• Accompanied by the order confirmation, invoice or other proof of purchase

• Free from damage, misuse or signs of installation

Opening a product does not prevent a claim where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs or a short video showing the product and issue

After inspection, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable Kuwait law.

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, accidental damage or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Non-returnable products

A return may be refused for a change of mind if the product:

• Has been used, damaged or altered after delivery

• Is missing packaging, accessories or parts

• Was specially ordered or customized for the customer

• Cannot be resold for health or safety reasons

These exclusions do not limit your rights if the product was defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Return delivery charges

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return collection or delivery charges.

If we delivered a defective, damaged or incorrect product, Ahlan Tools will cover the reasonable return or replacement delivery cost.

The original delivery fee is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. It will be refunded when required because the item was defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, we may request bank details to complete the refund.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, delivery or return charges may apply. Orders that have already been delivered will be handled under the return conditions above.

Warranty

A manufacturer or supplier warranty applies only when it is clearly stated on the product page, invoice or warranty document. This does not affect any rights available to customers under Kuwait law.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send or hand over a product for return until you receive return instructions from us.

Ahlan Tools reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving an exchange or refund. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under the laws of Kuwait.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact Ahlan Tools on WhatsApp at +965 6076 6574. Approved returns must be sent back by courier.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Ahlan Tools will arrange and cover the return or replacement.
